A brief biography

My name is Kathy, I'm supposed to write, A few words, a history, A bio of my life.
Wife, mom, and grandma, My life to unfold, An ordinary gal, Not showy or bold.
In 1977, I took a big chance, I taught calisthenics, And aerobic dance.
Choreography comes easy, Steps rush in my head, A talent unleashed, That has to be fed.
In Oct. ' 83, Rick and I took a chance, We put on our boots, We  joined Country Dance
By 1984, We had our own class, Teaching line, partner, couples, We were having a blast.
In Galesburg, Il. Wooden Nickel our name, Just having fun, Not for fortune or fame.
In 1994, Life dealt a raw deal, Rick passed away, Dancers help me to heal.
Mac, Soul mate, who knew? Such a person existed, Until I met you.
"Fleet feet" -he's not, Outgoing, you bet! Dancer or not, My greatest asset.
The year is 2000, We're Missouri bound, Dog, horses, guineas, 10 acres we found.
To start a new life, Home repair is our aim, Building and dancing, K & M is our name.
